BIOGRAPHY

Formed in 2013, The Foxy Ladies blend rock, grunge and metal. Driven by an intense stage energy and a cinematic visual world, the band has built a sound that is powerful, dark and melodic all at once. Their name is a tribute to Jimi Hendrix's "Foxy Lady".

After several years of shows and collaborations, The Foxy Ladies released their first album "Backbone" in 2017. The band then pushed its artistic evolution further with Not Sorry in 2022, a concept album inspired by a post-apocalyptic world, mixing sharp riffs, heavy atmospheres and visual storytelling. Several music videos were made with Fat Cut Production, including the one for "Oh My God". In 2024, the band celebrated more than ten years of activity by putting together the Wild or Nothing Fest in Lyon, in partnership with Rage Tour, bringing together several major names of the French rock scene including Tagada Jones and Opium du Peuple.

Known for their live performances, The Foxy Ladies have played on many stages and festivals, among them Le Gros 4 at the Halle Tony Garnier, the On n'a plus 20 ans festival in Fontenay, Les Rencontres Brel and Le Plane'R Fest. The band has shared the stage with Ultra Vomit, Mass Hysteria, Nashville Pussy, Trust, Tagada Jones, UK Subs and more.
